Friggin useless video. Btw, the loss of retained water does NOT equate to fat loss. Prepared to be shocked by the following fact: water does not = fat. You may be temporarily fooling the scale but you won’t fool the zipper on your pants. Oh and thanks for that helpful tidbit about finding an exercise/diet plan that works for me.
